The Holiday Activities and Food Programme provides holiday activities for children and young people aged 5-16 (or 4 if your child is slightly younger but in school) throughout the holidays.

Please be aware that completing this form may take up to an hour. Progress may not be retained during extended periods of inactivity, so ensure you have all necessary information ready before starting your application.
